Return & Refund Policy

At DEFF Design, customer satisfaction is our highest priority.

Each product you purchase is carefully crafted and undergoes strict quality control procedures.

However, if your item does not meet your expectations, you may exercise your right to return or exchange it under the conditions outlined below.

This policy has been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Regulation.


1. Return Period

 

You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

For orders shipped to EU member countries, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies as required by local legislation.

Unfortunately, return requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.


2. Return Conditions

 

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.

  • All tags, original packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • The item must be returned together with the invoice or proof of purchase.

Personalized items (e.g., products customized with initials or names), non-returnable hygiene items, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once your return request is approved:

  • You will receive a return shipping label and instructions via email.

  • Please ship the product back using the designated courier company we provide.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Shipping Costs

 

For approved returns, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.

However, if the customer chooses to return the item via a different courier service, all shipping expenses will be at the customer’s own cost.


5. Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Items

 

If you notice defects, damage, or incorrect items upon delivery, please ask the courier to issue a Damage Report before accepting the package.

You must notify us of defective or incorrect items within 14 days of receipt.

After inspection, the product will either be replaced with a new one or a refund will be issued.


6. Refund Process

 

Once the returned product is received, it will undergo a quality inspection within 7 business days.

After approval:

  • For credit card payments, the refund will be issued to the same card within 10 business days.

  • For bank transfer (EFT) payments, the refund will be transferred to the specified account.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 2–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or custom-made products (e.g., initials, name engraving, custom colors)

  • Hygiene-sensitive items

  • Gift cards

  • Discounted or clearance items marked as “final sale”


8. Exchanges

 

For the fastest exchange process:

  1. Return the original product under the conditions stated above.

  2. Place a new order for the desired item through our website.
