Shipping & Delivery Policy
At DEFF Design, we prepare your orders with the utmost care, package them securely to prevent damage, and strive to deliver them to you as quickly as possible.
Below you can find key information regarding our shipping and delivery process.
1. Order Preparation & Shipping Time
Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days, depending on stock availability and production status.
If your product involves handcrafting or personalization, this period may be extended — in such cases, you will be notified accordingly.
For orders of ₺1,500 or more, domestic shipping within Türkiye is free of charge.
Please note that during campaign or sale periods, shipping times may vary depending on order volume.
2. Delivery Areas
Deliveries are made nationwide within Türkiye through our contracted courier partners.
Standard delivery times apply to provincial and district centers.
For rural or remote regions, or locations without courier service branches, delivery times may vary, and customers may be required to collect their packages from the nearest courier branch.

3. Receiving Your Order
When your package arrives, please follow these steps:

Inspect the outer packaging before accepting delivery.

If you notice any signs of damage (such as crushing, tearing, wetness, or opening), check the contents in the presence of the courier.

If damage is detected, request the courier to issue a “Damage Report” and do not accept the package.
Please note that if a damage report is not issued at the time of delivery, we cannot file a compensation claim with the courier company. Therefore, preparing a report is essential.
4. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

Return the product to us together with the Damage Report issued by the courier.

Include a brief note explaining the issue and your order number inside the package.
Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it and inform you of the result.
Following the inspection:

The same product(s) may be resent, or
-
A refund may be issued, depending on your preference and stock availability.
