When will my product be shipped?
All DEFF Design products are handcrafted according to your order.
Orders placed before 13:00 on weekdays are delivered the same day, and orders placed after that are delivered the next business day.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
Our shipments are made via Yurtiçi Kargo or Hepsijet .
Are your products really leather?
Yes. All of our products are handcrafted from 100% genuine cowhide.
Each product has its own unique texture and character thanks to its natural structure.
How to maintain leather products?
Leather is a natural material and acquires a personal patina over time.
To ensure long-lasting use of your product, protect it from direct sunlight, excessive heat and contact with liquids.
Regular maintenance is recommended with a soft cotton cloth and appropriate leather care cream.
My order will be a gift, what can I do?
All our products are shipped in elegant gift boxes.
If you wish, you can leave a special message in the "Add Note" field on the order page.
Can I return or cancel?
Non-personalised products can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
Personalized products cannot be returned or cancelled.
